Welcome to December!
It is hard to believe that December is here and holidays are quickly approaching.

During Daily Language Arts we are using the story The Best of Me as an inspiration to create our own descriptive/sensory writing. A student suggested that we put all of our writing pieces together to create our own classroom book. We are hoping that each child can take turns bringing the book home once it is created. Here are a few samples of completed work. When completed, the students revised and edited their work using a student/teacher created checklist.

We have been exploring liquids...
Comparing water with one or more liquids based on characteristics such as colour, ease of flow, tendency of drops to form a ball shape and interaction with other liquids. As me about what I saw.
